Whilst Frankston Concrete Products Melbourne has been the manufacturing partner for numerous projects through out Victoria some of the more recent projects include:

- Waterfront City, Docklands supply and manufacture of specially designed grease traps and pump stations.

- SIGMA Pharmaceuticals the design, manufacture and supply of trade waste treatment tanks, lined with PVC and Polypropylene, includes pump stations.

- Car washes for BP, Shell, Caltex, Milmaker Petroleum, AA Petroleum including treatment tanks, settling tanks, petrol and oil interceptors.

- Mornington Peninsula Wineries manufacture stormwater diversion systems including treatment tanks.

- Sorrento Yacht Club supply and site installation of underground rainwater harvesting tanks for washing yachts and watering the garden.
