Stormwater Retention Pits

Stormwater retention pits are usually a requirement of Local Council made during a sub-division.  They are designed to slow teh flow of stormwater into teh existing stormwater system.

Frankston Concrete Products stormwater renetion systems are manufactured as per individual customer requirements and often include trash grates, baffles with (oriface) and covers that are half grate and half cover.

Covers are available to suit all pits and include grates and frames and access covers.  It is also possible to cast either grates and frames or access covers into reinforced concrete decks to suit the custom designed stormwater retention pit.
